Portrait and Floristic Inventory of the Estuary of Betsiamites River (2009)

The floristic inventory of the marshes located in the Betsiamites River Estuary was carried out as part of the draft action plan for the development and conservation of the Betsiamites River estuary (east bank). The purpose of the inventory is to better understand the flora of the Betsiamites River Estuary for better consideration in the development of the Betsiamites River estuary action plan.

This report therefore provides a summary of the floristic knowledge of this critical habitat. It includes the method used, a synthesis of existing knowledge, a description of the plant groups identified, and recommendations.
