Survey of the Marine Mammal Observation Network - Community Data

This database comes from citizen input carried out as part of the environmental observation project of the Marine Mammal Observation Network (ROMM). Marine mammal observations made by the public are entered directly into the [Soumettre une observation] section (https://observation.navigationbaleines.ca/nouvelle-observation) available on the [Naviguer dans l'habitat des baleines] site portal (https://navigationbaleines.ca/fr/accueil/), a tool developed in collaboration with SLGO. These observations are recorded in a community database and are automatically validated by the ROMM team before being made available to the general public.
