Amundsen Science is the organization responsible for managing the scientific mandate of the research icebreaker CCGS Amundsen. Each year, the icebreaker welcomes hundreds of researchers, experts and students who participate in innovative and multidisciplinary programs addressing some of the most pressing challenges of our time.
Located at Laval University (Quebec, Canada), Amundsen Science manages the ship's scientific equipment fleet, coordinates the ship's deployment for science, in addition to providing logistical, financial and technical support for user programs.
